What you need to know
- In-store rates may be different than online rates, so it’s better to book in advance to lock-in the rate.
- Different rate applies to USD 100 old versions, USD small denominations, EUR 500, SGD 1000 and CHF 1000 notes.
- We can only convert bank notes (No coins).
- Notes must be in reasonable condition (no rips, tears, etc.)
Is in-store rate different than on-line rate?
Yes, in-store rates may differ than on-line rates. So, to guarantee the online rates for 24 hours, you need to book online. It is easy and quick.

ID requirements for Collection
All orders are subject to compliance and can be withdrawn at any time. We do not make payments to 3rd parties, the person who places the order and pays for the order must be the same person who drops off the currencies and also be the beneficiary.
Government issued ID, required for every transaction:

More ID and Documents
Proof of address, proof of funds, bank statements and more. This may be required for larger transactions and type of currencies but not limited.
